Amanda Vandegrift

Managing Principal

 

Amanda Vandegrift is a Managing Principal at InfraStrategies specialized in crafting project financial strategies and assisting agencies with developing and advancing multibillion dollar infrastructure programs. Amanda has over a decade of experience leading financial planning, financial modeling, financial assessments, and other strategic financial analyses. She has led the development of complex financial plans and worked with her public and private sector clients to secure federal grants and loans, optimize local matches, and identify innovative ways to bring more to the table and fill project funding gaps. Amanda is a part owner of InfraStrategies and has grown her practice over the past few years as the firm's southeast area practice leader, supporting several regional transportation and transit clients in financial planning and strategic advisory services. Prior to launching InfraStrategies, Amanda worked for two major consulting firms as a specialist in transportation financial strategies. She also previously worked for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority and Norfolk Southern.

Amanda holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the WTS Charlotte Metro chapter.
