Amanda assists transportation providers across the country with financial planning, financial modeling, policy analysis, and strategic advisory services. She specializes in the development of project financial strategies and has assisted numerous providers with positioning projects for federal grants and loans and identifying potential state, local, and private funding options. Amanda has led the development of complex financial plans and worked with her public and private sector clients to secure federal grants and loans, optimize local matches, and identify innovative ways to bring more to the table and fill project funding gaps. Prior to joining InfraStrategies, Amanda worked for two major consulting firms as a specialist in transit and rail financial strategies. She also previously worked for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority and Norfolk Southern.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the WTS Charlotte Metro chapter.
