Brad Saunders is an attorney and senior executive with more than twenty years of experience structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial and production agreements. He brings a unique, hybrid background spanning legal analysis, contract drafting, and high-level creative and business operations.

Brad currently serves as InfraStrategies’ chief contract review and drafting consultant, where he advises on a wide range of commercial agreements, including prime contracts, subcontracts, RFPs, and memoranda of understanding. He is known for providing clear, practical guidance that aligns legal risk with business objectives and operational realities. Brad also supports InfraStrategies’ work with the ACES Mobility Coalition.

In parallel with his legal work, Brad has spent over two decades in the entertainment industry, most recently as Head of Television for Estuary Films, founded by Peter Dinklage. Previously, Brad spent a decade at HBO, where he rose to Vice President.

Brad’s combined legal and executive experience allows him to approach contracts not just as legal documents, but as strategic tools that drive successful business outcomes.

He holds a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law and a B.S., cum laude, from Georgetown University. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter.
