Sophia is an Associate Consultant at InfraStrategies, with an interest in financial strategy, successful policy implementation, and urban planning. She is skilled in research, synthesizing complex information, and communicating ideas clearly. Prior to joining InfraStrategies, Sophia interned with the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, where she conducted research on local, regional, and state public policies while supporting the preparation of meetings with key stakeholders. She also promoted organizational activities through marketing channels, identified prospective partners, and maintained the CRM database. Her experience includes board and meeting administration, transit policy analysis, literature reviews, and proposal and marketing development. She is particularly interested in how the design of built environments shapes human experiences and how policy intersects with these perspectives.

At InfraStrategies, Sophia maintains strong internal systems, processes, and procedures that support the ACES (Autonomous, Connected, Electric, Shared) Mobility Coalition’s operations and strategic goals. ACES is a public-sector-led group representing the entire spectrum of organizations advocating for shared autonomous mobility.  She manages a variety of organizational functions, including partnering with leadership to develop agendas, presentation decks, and supporting materials for Board and committee meetings. She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication.

Sophia has also supported financial advisory services for the High Desert Corridor High Speed Rail through the peer reviews of comparable organizations of the emerging transit agency, where she evaluated Board-approved policies and governance to support the development of internal procedures and strategic frameworks to guide future agency growth. 

Sophia earned her Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College, where she majored in Public Policy Analysis with a concentration in Environmental Analysis.
