InfraStrategies is providing advisory services to Hayden AI, a technology company that has developed an advanced algorithm and hardware through which cameras on buses can automatically find and ticket vehicles parked in bus lanes and bus stops. InfraStrategies has worked with Hayden AI on strategy and approach, including finding appropriate contacts at various agencies and municipalities, speaking publicly as a thought-leader on behalf of the product, developing relationships and RFP responses, and working with stakeholders to move their technology forward. Hayden AI has now been adopted by some of the largest transit providers in the nation including LA Metro, New York MTA, and SEPTA in Philadelphia, as well as many other smaller providers, and is under consideration for numerous other agencies across the nation.
