InfraStrategies provided advisory services to The Routing Company (TRC), a software company with a specialized algorithm for delivering on-demand transit and paratransit services. We worked with TRC to refine their pitch to public agencies in a way that would increase their opportunities for pilots and unsolicited proposals. We also worked with TRC to introduce them to agency contacts who might be interested in pursuing microtransit and other flexible services. TRC has since expanded into numerous additional markets, directly supporting international operations and customer growth through hubs across Europe and North America.
