InfraStrategies is working with the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) in Santa Clara County, California, to develop a new 10-year strategic plan for the organization. VTA is a multimodal transportation agency that plans, operates, and builds rail, bus, and express lanes. Their new 10-year strategic plan, to be completed in 2026, will guide the agency to becoming a best-in-class organization and help to uplift and transform the San Jose region. Working with the CEO and the Planning team, InfraStrategies is guiding the strategic plan development process through data and trend analysis, stakeholder interviews, internal and external engagement, facilitating workshops, developing the strategic plan framework and action matrix, and drafting the strategic plan.
