Carolyn Flowers Reflects on a Career in Leadership
Carolyn Flowers reflected on her career serving in key federal and local executive leadership positions in an article for Eno's Emerging Leaders Special Edition. Carolyn shared several valuable lessons that she learned throughout her 19 years at Los Angeles Metro, as the first female CEO of the Charlotte Area Transit System, and as the Acting Administrator for the Federal Transit Administration.
