SamTrans

Grand Boulevard Initiative

InfraStrategies worked with SamTrans, the primary transit provider in San Mateo County California, to develop and facilitate a series of workshops to assist in the development of the Grand Boulevard Initiative (GBI). GBI seeks to develop a new vision for the El Camino Real Corridor in San Mateo County, which includes numerous cities and other stakeholders. We worked with SamTrans to bring those stakeholders together around a common set of goals and readying the agency to move forward with Caltrans to project approval. For each workshop, we helped develop the agendas and materials and also acted as primary facilitator to build consensus among a diverse array of interests.
